12. No prizes can be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products and/or services under any circumstances whatsoever. YouGov is not the supplier of the prizes and will not be responsible for any liabilities in relation to the prizes and will not provide any warranty for the prizes. Any dispute arising from the prizes should be resolved between the member(s) and the relevant supplier(s).
13. YouGov reserves the rights to (a) revise these Terms and Conditions, (b) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend any part of this Promotion and/or (c) change or substitute any prize item for any part of this Promotion without notice or reason.
14. In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, the decision of YouGov shall be final and conclusive.
